1. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Unused & Unworn: The product must be unused, unopened, and in the original condition as received. For personal care and cosmetics, the hygiene seal must remain intact.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If it was delivered in a Watsans.lk protective layer, this must also be included.
- Complete Items: All original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories must be included.
- Proper Handling: Ensure that no stickers, labels, or tape are applied directly to the manufacturer’s box.
Note: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions and may send the product back to you.
2. Valid Reasons for Return
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Product: If the product is physically damaged or defective upon delivery (dead on arrival).
- Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery: If the product delivered is different from the one ordered or is missing parts.
- Change of Mind (Selected Items): Some items may be eligible for return if you no longer need the product or if you’ve changed your mind. This applies to unopened and unused items only.
Please Note: Certain items (e.g., opened cosmetics, used personal care items) are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons. For device-related issues, please refer to the brand's warranty center.
3. Return Process
If you believe your product is eligible for a return, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item. Returns outside of this period may not be accepted.

- Step 2: Once your return request is approved, pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided by our team.
- Step 3: Upon receipt of the product, we will conduct a quality check within 1-2 business days.
- Step 4: Once the return is approved, you can choose between a refund or replacement, based on availability.
4. Refund Policy
If your return is approved, we will process the refund according to your preferred refund method:
- Refund Processing Time: The time to process refunds may vary depending on the method chosen, typically ranging between 3-5 business days.
- Shipping Fee: If your return is due to a mistake on our part (defective, damaged, or incorrect product), we will also refund the shipping fees.
5. Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following products are not eligible for return:
- Opened Cosmetics: Once the packaging or hygiene seal is broken, the product cannot be returned.
- Personal Care Items: Products that have been used, unpacked, or show signs of use.
6. Warranty Claims
For any issues with personal care electronics or grooming tools after the return window has passed, please refer to the brand warranty provided with the product.
